The Senior Fitness classes at Balance Gym Kalorama focus on exercises specifically for older adults.
Our specially trained, certified instructors lead you through a series of low-impact workouts designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement you experience in everyday life. These classes aim to improve functional strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance.
The hour-long classes are open to any senior, regardless of ability. We do require that each new person schedule a complimentary session with a Balance Trainer prior to starting the classes. Classes meet three times a week.
