BIO: Born and raised in Northern California, Blake has a natural love for the outdoors and the things it can teach you. As a lifelong athlete with experience in team sports (soccer, baseball, football) and individual events (running, snowboarding), and who lives for the grind, he loves "getting after it" in all modalities - speed, endurance, and strength. As an Infantryman for the Maryland National Guard, he is driven by finding strength in things that he hates. Like rucking, or not sleeping.  Martin Pfeifer grew up in the greater DC metropolitan area.  He has been active in competitive sport year round from the age of 5 through High School.  After High School Martin went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps and is a Veteran of a foreign War.  
   Taking that experience and leadership skill from the playing field and the field of battle Martin has made a commitment to leading people to their fitness and performance goals.  Martin specializes in the movement patterns that have been time tested and proven to produce results.
