Designed for the sport of motherhood: lifting, carrying, pushing – and that’s just the stroller
Being a mom means doing activities everyone else is doing, but while holding a constantly growing creature that is always fidgeting and one that you can not drop. No wonder moms are always tired. This 6-week Mommy Boot Camp will focus on improving moms’ overall strength and endurance while also working on mom-centric exercises such as carrying a baby in one arm while lifting 20 pounds off the ground with the other.
The class will also focus on strengthening core muscles that have been compromised from natural or C-section births.· The class begins with a series of stability exercises that help moms regain correct movement patterns that have been affected by pregnancy.· Additionally, the high-intensity nature of the class will help burn off the unwanted post-natal weight.
Mommy BootCamp is a Six-Week Program
- Classes take place Monday and Wednesdays at 9:30 AM
- Classes included with a Balance Gym Glover Park/Passport Membership
