Wellness Membership

We know our Balance Gym members are dedicated to staying in tip top shape. We see all the hard work you do on the Spin bike, weight lifting with your personal trainer, endless burpees in BootCamp, heavy squats in CrossFit, and dancing in Zumba —  you have put your body through a lot! 

Which is why we offer our members a special Wellness Membership add-on, to make sure you keep your body working the way it's supposed to as part of your essential recovery routine.

Open to all Balance Gym Members the $69/month Massage Membership includes one 50-Minute Massage or 45-Minute Acupuncture Session each month at SomaSpa ($110 value!), located at Balance Gym Glover Park.

Though the general consensus is that massage is luxury — and it does feel like one, it's awesome — many athletes will tell you a quality massage is a necessity.
