Elite Performance and Rehab PLLC

Optimizing Athletic Performance

Elite Performance and Rehab PLLC

Elite Performance and Rehab, PLLC is an independently owned cash-based practice in which patients have direct access to physical therapy and training services in the District of Columbia. As a small practice of licensed and experienced therapy and training services, Elite Performance and Rehab, PLLC can offer unique care and consistent one-on-one attention to each client.

What to Expect:

What you will experience at Elite Performance and Rehab, PLLC is far from what most people think of when they hear the term “Physical Therapy”. You enter into an inviting space where a unique hands-on, holistic approach is utilized to assess your symptoms and look for the true underlying cause of your pain. Your therapist will not waste your time having you perform unnecessary exercises in the clinic when you can do them at home. With the hands-on techniques and the fact that each encounter is strictly one-on-one, the time it takes to resolve pain and injury is usually far less than at other clinics.

Karen Bonney received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Carolina. She is certified as both a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer. She has been a trusted provider for athletes in soccer, lacrosse, running, Olympic diving, and physique competitors both on and off the field. Her expertise in post-concussive and post-op care allows for the safest and quickest return to prior level of function. Karen’s passion for pushing herself physically and mentally carries over into every patient interaction as she strives to individually guide and assist them in meeting their specific goals.
