Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance - particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders - and also help increase grip strength.
Instruction will cover biomechanics of the exercises, motor learning of the movements, common errors associated with the exercises, and the appropriate techniques for maximizing efficiency and preventing injury.
