Cyclotherapy classes focus on building better health through cycling techniques.

This is no ordinary spinning class.  For one hour every Tuesday and Thursday at lunch time, you'll go through cycling drills designed for racing teams in training but with you in mind! 

You will return to the office energized, your heart pumping, your stamina enhanced, your overall fitness improved and don't get me started on the calories you will burn and the shapely leg muscles you will develop !
