Want to get maximum cardio benefit in minimal time? Turning your body into a Fat Burning Furnace, burning 600-1,000 calories in under an hour?

BOOT(y) CAMP starts the fire with a series of dynamic stretches to a heart pounding soundtrack, preparing our bodies for the extreme work it is about to undertake. When the first interval kicks in, we go ALL OUT! One Minute, working together giving it everything we’ve got! Next Minute, RECOVERY!

We’ll gradually decrease our heart rates during a working rest, targeting the typical "trouble areas"– hips, thighs, buttocks or midsection. We’ll repeat this series for 40 minutes with 6 breaks in between. Just when you think you can’t take anymore, together we’ll challenge ourselves to push through the infamous BOOT(y) CAMP “Finishers”
