This has to be the best-kept secret in DC. Taught by Jimmy Bathurst, TWICE voted "Fittest Reader" by Men's Health magazine and DC's Best Trainer 2010 by Washington City Paper readers,Strength Class will provide you both the technique and the confidence to tackle some of the "Big Lifts" in an engaging, small group environment. The class will fire up your metabolism, burning a ton of calories, while building lean muscle.

Come out Tuesday or Thursday mornings to Strength Class and learn what you can do with all those dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells we have around the gym, and how to incorporate them into your weight lifting regimen. This small group class will give you a great workout while emphasizing safe and proper form.

Class is open to men and women of all ages and abilities. Each workout is scalable – you lift what you can and Jim is great at providing options for both newcomers and experienced weight lifters alike.
