Balance BootCamp
Decrease Your Mileage—Increase Your Performance
Our Balance BootCamp combines elements of sports conditioning and fitness boot camps into an explosive, high-energy one-hour class. Each day is little different, but we generally take a well-rounded athletic approach to the class.
Exercises include agility drills (such as T-drills and ladder drills); speed work (hill sprints, resistance running); body-weight exercises (pullups, pushups, squats and lunges); strong-man lifts (tire flips, sledgehammer slams and keg lifts), and other high-intensity exercises like sandbag pushes, kettlebell swings and Olympic lifts. We also incorporate various drills and movements taken from basketball, rugby, volleyball and other sports to make the classes even more fun and challenging.
Classes take place Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 6:30 AM and Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 PM.
