You don't need to be an athlete to take this class— you just need the desire to build lean, proportioned muscles using techniques often incorporated into the training routines of the world's top athletes. Balance BootCamp combines elements of sports conditioning and BootCamp into an fitness class that's high-intensity and incorporates functionally diverse movements. And best of all, it's a fun class!

Unlike other local gyms, we include our signature BootCamp program as part of our already low gym membership price. With indoor and outdoor classes offered in the morning, noon and night, six days a week, this program will take your fitness to the next level.
