B.P.M. is an athletic pole fitness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance in a fun and creative way.

Find out what the pole fitness craze is all about, learn spins and tricks, and push your body beyond its limits!

B.P.M. will help you accomplish things you never thought possible without even realizing·you are at the gym. Our classes are designed for all levels and tailor to a variety of fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to tone up, lose weight, or develop new acrobatic skills, our classes are the perfect addition to your workout program.

Levels:

B.P.M. 1.0 – Introduction to pole fitness. Learn the basics of pole and establish the foundations you need to succeed in higher levels. In this beginner class you will learn basic spins, floorwork and transitions. You will also be introduced to pole conditioning and flexibility training.

B.P.M. 2.0 – Intermediate pole. Take your pole workout to the next level. Move onto more advanced spins, learn the basics of climbing and going upside down, and enhance your conditioning and flexibility training.

B.P.M. 3.0 – Advanced pole – Bring out your inner-daredevil and learn how to master difficult pole inversions and tricks. Take your pole workout one step further with gymnastics and acrobatics. BPM 3.0 will help you accomplish things you never thought possible.

Class are open to all Balance Gym Members (Sign Up Here) and will take place:

  • Tuesday 12:00-12:45 BPM 1.0 (12 people)
  • Tuesday 6:30-7:30 BPM 1.0 (12 people)
  • Thursday 12:00-12:45 BPM 1.0 (12 people)
  • Thursday 6:30-7:30 BPM 2.0 (12 people)
  • Friday 6:30-7:30 BPM 2.0 (12 people)
